LeadSpark help
Quick answers for exhibitors using LeadSpark to launch QR-based lead capture at shows and events.
LeadSpark lets exhibitors create a branded campaign, print a QR poster, collect attendee entries, and deliver those leads without relying on venue badge scanners or event organizer systems.
No. LeadSpark is permissionless. Attendees scan your booth poster and choose to submit their own information through your campaign page.
Print the booth poster from the campaign launch screen and display it where attendees can easily scan it. The poster is designed to be clean and print-friendly.
Yes. You can update a live campaign from the campaign setup screen. After changes are made, use the update button so the live attendee page and poster details stay current.
Leads are saved in your LeadSpark account. You can view them in the Leads section, download a CSV, email them to yourself, or connect a webhook for CRM delivery.
LeadSpark queues delivery attempts and shows sync status. Submitted leads remain stored in the app database, and queued webhook deliveries can be retried.
Campaign links expire after the configured event end time. Expired attendee pages show that the campaign has ended instead of accepting new entries.
Winner selection is planned as a supported feature. The goal is to let exhibitors either pick winners themselves or ask Ablaze Digital Media to handle random selection.

Privacy statement
LeadSpark is built for attendee opt-in lead capture. This statement explains what is collected, how it is used, and how exhibitors should treat the data they receive.

LeadSpark is operated by Ablaze Digital Media as a lead-capture and engagement tool for exhibitors, sponsors, and event marketers. LeadSpark does not depend on event organizer APIs, badge scanner rentals, venue databases, or official registration systems.
LeadSpark may collect exhibitor account information, campaign settings, uploaded logos, campaign links, poster delivery email addresses, attendee form submissions, consent status, timestamps, source campaign URLs, webhook delivery attempts, and sync status.
We use this information to create campaigns, generate QR-linked posters, store attendee submissions, display leads inside the exhibitor account, send poster or lead emails when requested, deliver webhook payloads to connected CRM tools, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain the service.
Attendees submit their own information through an opt-in form. Exhibitors are responsible for describing their offer clearly and using captured leads only for the follow-up purpose presented at the time of entry.
Leads collected for an exhibitor belong to that exhibitor for their campaign follow-up. Ablaze Digital Media should not use attendee lead data for unrelated marketing unless a separate, explicit consent path is added and accepted by the attendee.
LeadSpark may send lead data to webhook destinations configured by the exhibitor, including tools such as Zapier, Make, Pipedream, or a custom CRM endpoint. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their connected systems handle data appropriately.
LeadSpark stores campaign and lead data on hosted infrastructure used to operate the product. We use account sessions and server-side storage to separate exhibitor data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but the product is designed to avoid exposing account data through public campaign pages.
Campaign pages automatically stop accepting new submissions after the configured event end time. Campaign records and leads may remain available in the exhibitor account for review, export, reuse, or support unless deleted through a future account management workflow.
